Biography

Travel photographer Robert Preston has visited some of the world's amazing places. He has circuited India and journeyed from Kathmandu to Istanbul with the overland company Dragoman. He has trekked and climbed in Nepal
and India and has travelled across China, through South East Asia and through much of the Middle East. His camera goes with him.

I enjoy the work of many photographers, especially Martin Harvey, Gavin Hellier and Ariadne Van Zandbergen.
What is the best photographic advice that you have ever received?
Use your feet as well as your eyes.
If you weren’t a photographer, what would you be?
Working in IT.
