Stock Video - PAN, exterior, daylight. Before the construction of the Acequia Real The Royal Waterway, which gave the Alhambra its own independent water supply, a wall, known as coracha, wend down the hill from the Alcazaba to the river Darro to the point known today as the Puente del Cadi. It was here that the Alhambra´s water supply was collected. This bridge may also have been a sluice gate designed to dam the river and release it suddenly downstream either to flush out the river_bed or to seep away assailants.
