Stock Photo - Illegal echrochments of Tribal Shephard community in Forest territory were removed by Range Forest Officer and his team in AAJRA taluka, District Kolhapur of Maharashtra, Western states of India. They have been provided notice and time to take their Illegal enchrochment but failed to remove. The range Forest Officer performed Mechanical removal of Enchrochment which was in Forest territory. The tribals started opposing but later on cooperated. The Forest Officers said that such enchrochments are encouraging Illegal activities as well as poching and trafficking of wild life. This region of forest is struggeling with Elelphants Migration from neighboring State Karnataka since 2006.The elephants migration and conflict between human and elephant is creating severe problems like lives loss, agriculture losses. The staff of forest department starts removing the enchrochment Hut build by local from shefard tribe.
