Around the 8th of March, in Tultepec, the festival is celebrated in honour of San Juan de Dios, the patron saint of fireworks. Groups of homemade papier-mché bull figures roam the streets filled with fireworks - a competition for the most beautiful bull. The figures are then ignited on the city promenade.
