Since the end of March, protective masks, goggles, gowns and disposable gloves have been collected in the central warehouse of the logistics company Kühne & Nagel and distributed as required to hospitals, schools, police and nursing homes throughout Saxony. The Ministry of the Interior estimates that 15 million medical protective masks will be needed in Saxony in six months. Of these, however, only one million protective masks have arrived so far.
