Stock Photo - 06 July 2020, Saxony-Anhalt, Gernrode: A train of the Harzer Schmalspurbahnen (HSB) runs through the summery Selketal near Gernrode in the Harz Mountains. For a few days now, the Selketalbahn has been running once a day after the ""lockdown"" caused by the coronavirus. The Gernrode-Harzgeroder Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft (GHE) opened the first metre-gauge railway in the Harz in 1887. Since the line runs for several kilometres through the valley of the small river Selke, the railway was given the nickname Selketalbahn.
