Stock Photo - Volunteer teens from the predominantly Catholic Manhattan College, the Islamic Leadership School and Cong. Tehillah of Riverdale paint and clean the space of Beis Menachem synagogue located in the Masjid Al-Iman in the Parkchester neighborhood of the Bronx in New York. The synagogue was given rent-free space in the mosque by the Iman, Sheik Moussa Drammeh, after losing its home due to the dwindling Jewish population in the area. The Sheik had previously received clothing and other donations from the synagogue and was returning their charity.
