Stock Photo - Santa Cristina de Lena is an Asturian pre-Romanesque church, built in the middle of the ninth century and located in the municipality of Lena, in the Principality of Asturias. It is located 35 km south of Oviedo and 3.5 of Pola de Lena by the A-66 (exit Campomanes by Vega del Rey) on a hill nearby parish Felgueras Vega del Rey overlooking the valley Lena river. There is a stopping Railroad Renfe, close to Santa Cristina (The Cobertoria) used as a study center of the Asturian pre-Romanesque style.
