Stock Photo - Fairground carousel ride and tower of the Grade 1 Listed Pierhead Building (Adeilad y Pierhead), Cardiff Bay, Wales, United Kingdom. Designed in a French Gothic Renaissance style by William Frame and completed in 1897. The exterior is finished in glazed terracotta blocks. It is now part of the National Assembly for Wales and also serves as a Welsh history museum
