C.V. GRAY, trading as H and H motors Ltd of Staines Road, Hounslow, had had e picture painted on the wall that was their property. It showed a nearly nude women lying amid flowers with the word.- The Naked Truth' is revealed by us on major defects of all oars'. The judge announced that it was an artistic work and Mr. Gray clBliaed t'at the public took more notice of the nude lady than they would of a car painted on the wall. He also claimed that the wall was a boundary and therefore he was entitled to a picture on his side of it. Before adjourning oa se the Judge said 'This is the naked truth from my point of view- that this artistic picture is vastly better than a blank wall'.
