She admitted that she had asked a New Lawyer to start divorce proceedings. Fred Baldasare, 36-year-old film director, was shocked, but Jane told him that she had changed her mind, and did not want a divorce after all. It appears that some months ago, while her husband was filming in Oklahoma, they had a quarrel over the phone, and without telling her husband she asked her lawyer to start divorce proceedings.
