The Museum Himmlisches Theater in the Neuzelle Monastery celebrates a milestone in the history of the baroque Neuzell Passion depictions: Two newly restored scenes of the important and large-scale scenery theater will be presented to the public for the first time in over 150 years. The large-scale restoration project is funded by the German Federal Commissioner for Culture and the Media, the Brandenburg Ministry of Science, Research and Culture, the Ostdeutsche Sparkassenstiftung with the Sparkasse Oder-Spree, and the Brandenburg State Office for the Preservation of Historical Monuments and the Brandenburg State Archaeological Museum. Visitors to the museum will be able to admire the scenes ""Jesus before Annas"" as well as the ""Entombment of Jesus"" in the Heavenly Theater Museum from April 2, 2022.
