Stock Photo - 03 December 2020, Saxony-Anhalt, Merseburg: The Leipzig artist ANTOINETTE stands in the Schlossgarten Salon in Merseburg in a specially set up open studio with her husband Thomas Hampel in front of her huge Europe artwork ""Altar of Europe"". The 20-meter-long and five-meter-high work she has created in the last three years in Prague, Vienna, Görlitz, Leipzig and now Merseburg with pencils and crayons on paper. The artist, master student of Bernhard Heisig, has been dealing with the search for the identity of the continent of Europe in her works for thirty years.
