A private investor is initially carrying out this measure, and the jetty is scheduled to go into operation as early as December 2021. The basis for this is an urban development contract between the city and the investor. According to this contract, the investor has undertaken to build the marina for the public at his own expense. The harbour is to be ready for use in spring 2022. Subsequently, an investor plans to build houses with condominiums at the marina on both sides of the Baltic Sea coastal cycle path.
