The show under the motto ""Boom. 500 Years of Industrial Culture in Saxony"" spans the arc from the Great Mountain Shrine in the 15th century to the distant future of the Free State. From 11 July to 31 December 2020, the show brings together more than 600 exhibits from around 130 lenders. In addition to the central exhibition in the Audi-Bau, a former assembly hall of the Auto-Union, industrial culture can be experienced simultaneously at six original locations. The Chemnitz Industrial and Railway Museum, the cloth factory in Crimmitschau, the Oelsnitz Mining Museum, the August-Horch Museum in Zwickau and the Reiche Zeche silver mine in Freiberg are also taking part.
