The story is about 2 of the 4 busts Donatienne sculpted during her 14-month stay in New Zealand over 2020-2021 #stuckinNZ . Being stuck in Wellington on a Tourist Visa, she chose to go join the local pottery club WPA, to be able to sculpt every day. The main work she produced were four busts of these historic New Zealanders: author Katherine Mansfield, ceramicist Dame Doreen Blumhardt and suffragists Kate Sheppard and Meri Te Tai Mangakāhia...
