Stock Photo - The buildings of the Trebon Chateau form the western front of Masaryk Square, to which the chateau grounds are smoothly connected. A stone castle was built on the site of the former fortress. The Rozmberks rebuilt it in the 14th century.In the 15th century, the buildings were substantially enlarged and the castle was gradually rebuilt into a chateau. In 1660 the Schwarzenbergs acquired the castle and further rebuilt it. After the Second World War the castle was nationalized. (CTK Photo/Jan Rychetsky)
