It extends under the Art Nouveau building of the Lucerna Palace (1920). The complex was designed by V · clav Havel. Includes theaters, cinemas, restaurants, cafes. In the marble hall hangs the sculpture ´Horse´, by the artist David Cerny, an ironic counterpart to the equestrian sculpture of Saint Wenceslas in the square of the same name. Here, the saint is mounted on a decidedly dead horse.
