Biography

Our website is called www.intensivelight.com because of the light up in northern Sweden where we live: always shifting, clearer and brighter than in the middle of Europe, a constant challenge and inspiration for our work as professional photographers and filmmakers.

We’re passionate about nature and its protection and enjoy exploring the relationship between people and the natural world.
And we love to play: to focus on the flow and rhythm of nature, the dance of the light.

Any special artistic influences?
Nature itself: Sunshine and shadows create the most stunning images when a breeze shakes the trees of a forest; birds paint patterns in the sky when they fly in flocks; water has it’s own songs…
What is the best photographic advice that you have ever received?
Go your own way and focus on the things you're passionate about.<br />
If you weren’t a photographer, what would you be?
Cook, explorer, sculptor – but not without a camera.
