The bell is to ring in the 30th anniversary of the Peaceful Revolution on 9 October 2019 in the southern bell tower of the Nikolaikirche in Leipzig. The six ton bronze bell with a diameter of 2.14 metres and a height of two metres will then belong to a partially existing bell ensemble of eight bells. The new ""Osanna"" is adorned by over 80 animals from all over the world, plants, flowers, palm branches, angels playing music, singers and trombonists, spread all over the bell skin.
