sobre mi Alvaro Leiva began his career in the late 1980s assisting fashion photographers and soon after he started traveling working on both editorial and advertisement commissions. His personal works River and Mare has been exhibited internationally, among other recognitions he has been finalist on two occasions for the Eugene Smith Grant. Nowadays he is based in Madrid from were he travels around the world meeting great people on inspiring shots.
