Foto de stock - 23 July 2019, Saxony-Anhalt, Wörlitz: In Wörlitzer Park there is a ferry between water lilies. The Wörlitz Park was created by Prince Leopold III Friedrich Franz von Anhalt-Dessau (1740-1817) from 1764 as the first landscape park in English style on the European mainland. Inspired by his numerous journeys, he had buildings and landscapes laid out in the park that were inspired by the canal system with gondola rides in Venice. In November 2000 the extensive Dessau-Wörlitzer Gartenreich, whose core is the Wörlitzer Park, was recognized by Unesco as a world heritage site.
