On the island of Dänholm, between the mainland and Rügen, visitors can immerse themselves in naval history on Museum Day in a former barracks. The museum displays original objects from military seafaring such as uniforms and weapons, as well as photos, films and documents. Attractions also include a naval helicopter and a torpedo speedboat.
