In the context of the Bonitur the vineyards of the cooperative members are examined in these days. The winegrowers of the Freyburg-Unstrut winegrowers' association are now heading for the harvest. When exactly the vines will be harvested will be decided in the next few weeks. The main harvest will probably begin between September 12 and 15. The prerequisite for this is the annual bonituren. Here, all vineyards of the approximately 300 members are expertly inspected and the expected qualities and quantities are estimated. Both have so far proved to be very satisfactory.
