Photo de stock - The Castro of Noega, also known as Castro de la Campa Torres for its location, is a typical pre-Roman fortified settlement of Asturian origin, located west of the city of Gijón, in the Principality of Asturias, Spain, specifically on the promontory of the Campa Torres on the current port of El Musel. It was founded by cilnigos, a gens of the Asturians. Once the peninsula was conquered by the Romans, it became the oppidum of Noega.
