Stock Photo - Traditional Thai Coconut jelly is prepared from coconut milk, sugar and gelatin. While gelatin is dissolved in water, coconut milk is brought to a simmer. All the ingredients are mixed and poured in mould forms such as roses. The result is a smooth jelly with coconut flavor that melts in the mouth.
