Biography

I started taking pictures as a very small child, and began shooting with my first SLR at age fourteen. It wasn't long before I knew I wanted to be a photographer. I love animals and love photographing them. I also love to travel, it is always exciting to be in a new place and photographing new people and places.

about me

Any special artistic influences?
I have always loved the work of the Impressionist and Post-Impressionist painters, particularly Monet and Cezanne. I also find the work of many current photographers and painters to be a constant source of inspiration.
What is the best photographic advice that you have ever received?
Make your vacation your vocation... there is nothing better than to truly love your job and enjoy every "work" day as if it wasn't work at all.
If you weren’t a photographer, what would you be?
I would probably be a potter. I love throwing on the wheel and creating unique ceramic pots and sculptures.
