Called the Tel, it runs on a light weight battery at the costs of one English farthing (1/3 of a U.S. cent) a mile. It has a fibre glass body, has a range of 40 miles on one charge and a maximum speed of 50 mph. It is seen as a 'runabout' for shopping, taking the children to school and similar short trips.
