Photo de stock - 18 July 2022, Saxony, Chemnitz: A heavy load transport with three trucks and loaded blades for a wind turbine is parked at the Chemnitz Mitte exit of the Autobahn 4. Since the early morning hours, the three trucks have been blocking the junction. The reason for this is that the radius of the bend in the exit is too tight, which meant that structural changes had to be made at short notice to allow them to continue their journey. The blades, which are around 90 meters long, are on their way to the Ore Mountains. The background to this is the expansion of the Saidenberg wind farm by a further three wind turbines.
