It was the silent protest of members of a Spanish Anti-Franco, Anti-Communist organisation against the visit to London of Spain's Foreign Minister Senor Fernando Castiella, who had a meeting at Winfield House with Pres. Eisenhower and another meeting with Mr. Macmillan. The organisation which placed the wreath is the Spanish Confederation of Labour, which has about 60 members in London. The organisation is out lawed in Spain. Eight years ago Senor Castella was barred from Britain because of hi Fascist past. He is the holder of the Iron Crossa decoration awarded to him by Hitler.
