The Saxon State Ministry for Energy, Climate Protection, Environment and Agriculture has now handed over a grant of 214,378 euros for the Urban Gardening project. As part of the Urban Gardening project, demonstration gardens that are maintained year-round and open to the public are to be created at the Annalinde sites in Leipzig-Lindenau and Dresden-Pieschen. Gardening methods on small urban areas, in raised beds or vertical form, for example, are the focus.
