In Stralsund, a huge crane has maneuvered the first of three segments weighing several tons of an aquarium pane into position for the Marine Museum, which is currently under reconstruction. Parts of the winding old town had already been closed off for the maneuver on Thursday. According to the company responsible, the six-axle crane with a theoretical lifting capacity of up to 400 tons is normally used in the construction of wind turbines.
