Photo de stock - 30 September 2020, Saxony, Wermsdorf: Lorenz Eskildsen, owner of the goose farm Eskildsen, is standing with a goose in one of the three new stables. The new stables, each with 2,000 square metres of floor space for 1,500 animals each, offer bathing facilities, a winter garden, a simulated sunrise and sunset and, with a moonlight, also a night light for orientation and reassurance. The project was completed after three years of construction. 4.5 million euros were invested. Every year around 600,000 goslings hatch on the farm and are marketed nationally and internationally. On average, almost 20,000 geese live on the entire facility. Photo: Jan Woitas/dpa-Zentralbild/ZB. - Wermsdorf/Saxony/Germany
