General Glubb Commander of the Legion since 1939, was replaced by his assistant, Brigadier Radi Inab. After the decree had been issued General Glubb left on his way home to London by air. The decree, issued by King Hussein, also ended the services of Colonel Patrick Coghill, Chief of the Intelligence Office, and Brigadier Hatton, an aide of General Glubb. These moves follow Jordan's decision not to adhere to the Middle East Defense Pact. Photo Shows: General John Glubb, who has been dismissed by King Hussein.
