Stock Photo - HANDOUT - 02 May 2019, Australia, Canberra: The undated picture shows a snake of the genus Rautenpython with an additional eye in the middle of the head. A small snake with three functioning eyes has been found on a road in the Australian north by gamekeepers. On the Facebook page of the park authority Northern Territory Parks and Wildlife photos of the 40 centimetre long kitten of the genus Rautenpython with the additional eye on the middle of the head could be seen. The third eye was very likely a natural phenomenon, as malformations in reptiles were relatively common, the authorities reported.
