Thousands of LED lights representing the Milky Way are decorating the first floor of Tokyo Tower's Main Deck to commemorate the annual celebration of Tanabata. According to legend, the Milky Way separates two lovers, Orihime (Vega) and Hikoboshi (Altair), who may only meet once a year on the seventh day of the seventh month of the calendar.
