Both the truck and the train are equipped with seamless glass containers covered with cork that keep the milk at 37 degrees for16 hours with no ice. It takes one man only ten minutes to load the 8000 quart truck tank from the train tank, as opposed to the old method with three men taking 45 minutes to load 200 cans of milk.
