Developed by the Great Ropemaker Partnership, it will offer occupiers 11,000 sq ft modern office floors with fantastic river views provided by the floor-to-ceiling glazing. Media and publishing company UBM has taken a 105,000 sq ft pre-let to function as its UK headquarters when the building completes in 2014.
