Stock Photo - The monastery of San Salvador, originally was a small monastic monastery of controversial foundation, inhabited in the twelfth century by Benedictine monks, who already in the seventeenth century established a college of philosophy. In the second half of the seventeenth century it underwent a profound remodeling, not retaining the original buildings more than a tower of three bodies with semicircular arches on the top and the arch of a cover at the foot of the temple, late Romanesque style.
