United States was blind American Student 22 year old Jeffrey David Duty, and his guide dog ?¢‚Ǩ?ìBinney?¢‚Ǩ¬ù. Jeffrey is here to take up a £600 law scholarship at London University. Jeffrey was escorted on his 5,000 miles journey from Arkansa by Binney, but he British quarantine regulations make it necessary for the guide dog to go into quarantine for six months.
