Lounging around the steps and pavement they will spend the ---- day there, young people from from all over the world Until the police wave them on-generally to what has become shanty town Green lark, Residents of the of the Green Park Area have complained, and consider starting a petition to have something done about the dropouts. The Park has become a wreck,they say, with people making love and using drugs in public and leaving their rubbish and discarded clothes behind after they leave in the morning. Many of these youngsters would claim to be protesting, or or simply dropping out of a society they claim to despise. But their protests are apparently totally non-constructive- and for people who claim to have 'dropped out' they are plainly making society less bearable forothers tolive in.
