Stock Photo - 1972 - Julie is a happy mum now: Love and marriage brought Julie Samuel-s rapid climb to the top toa sudden temporary halt. Grabd-daughter of famous bookseller and founder of Foyles, who died only a few years ago, Julie spurned opportunities offered in the world of books and set her heart on modelling and filmstardom. With her long golden locks and fresh teenage charm she couldn't go wrong. From a very tender teen she was appearing on front pages and then seen on screens of television and cinema. Her last film was 'Ferry Across the Mersey' with Jerry of the Pacemakers. But Cupid had decided to in-ervene, in the shape of a young assistant producer in the film world. Came marriage, and now Julie is living at Bray, not far from Dublin and enjoying those happy days of young mothers with their firstborn. While her husband works at bray studios nearby, Julie cares for baby Sarah, now two months old and says that once the tender months of baby's progress are over, she would consider a return to the screen if a suitable role came along.
