She admitted yesterday: 'there were times when i thought i would never see my home again'. Then the actress, who sruvived three strokes and expects her fourth child in August, smiled and said 'But I was determined to return. It is so lovely here.' It was whilen she was filming Hollywood that 39-year old Pat Neal collapsed. Now she wears a patch over one eye and an iron on one leg. Life has been a continual battle against disaster. She once lost a a child through illness, and her son Theo suffered infuries after being run over by a taxi in New York. But a year ago things suddenly looked better. She won a Oscar for her part in the film 'Hud' and every director in show business wanter Patricia Neal. Then tragefy struck again.
