They will also enjoy Charantais melons, flown specially from Israel, foie gras from Strasbourg, stuffed quail, pounds of caviar (at £13 5s. a lb), and 3,600 gulls' eggs, just arrived from Denmark. The price will be a £150,000 total bill for he hosts, who already pay £300 to £500 a season for each box.
