Neither at the North pole nor in Siberia are imaginable only approximately such temperatures, as they will be in Munich before long: they are only a hundredth degree above the absolute freezing-point of 273 Celsius degrees below zero. Temperatures at the cold poles of the world ( North Pole and North Siberia ) with below-zero-degrees of 60 Calsius and more are 'warm' as against the above mentioned. Institution like this exist in Europe only in Oxford, in Holland and in Grenoble ( France ).
