The approximately 45000 square meter park-like property with vineyard is located on the shore of the Jungfernsee. Rebuilt by garden architect Peter Josef Lenné, the park and villa were purchased by Stefan Ludes, architect, and his wife, author Marianne Ludes, who bought the property in 2005.
