Stollen testing was conducted for the 32 stollen submitted by bakeries from the region by an officially appointed tester and an expert jury of one master baker and four master bakers. Evaluation criteria, such as the inner and outer condition as well as smell and taste, play a decisive role in the assessment of the Stollen quality.
