Since relatives believed Ibanez died of Covid-19, they have placed his body on the road for removal by Covid-19 personnel. When no one came for hours afterwards, friends and residents got a coffin and drove the remains to a cemetery. Health care and funeral services in the Andean state have reached their limits.
