The Naumburg Higher Regional Court is expected to announce today (04.02.2020) a decision on the removal of the anti-Jewish relief. A man has filed a lawsuit against the Protestant church because he feels insulted by the defamatory sculpture. He demands that the sandstone relief known as Judensau be removed from the church façade. The plaintiff is a member of a Jewish community.
