As it became known, the Halle assassin had attempted to escape on Saturday (30.05.2020) during a courtyard walk in the Halle JVA. He had climbed over a fence and was able to move around the prison unobserved for about five minutes. Saxony-Anhalt's Minister of Justice has now announced consequences.
